How to file RTI online in Bihar

Hello Readers,

Let's discuss how we can file RTI online from anywhere to any Bihar government office including to police, co-office, SDM office, etc.

Navigate to https://jaankari.bihar.gov.in/

and click on apply to RTI

after that RTI online form will appear as shown below.

Choose the department to which you want to send the RTI. 

You can attach the RTI application as a PDF to this.

once you submit next page will appear to confirm the details click on confirm then otp details need to be provided which you will receive on the mobile number provided.

After that payment details page will appear to 

pay rs 10 as a one-time payment and payment options are card & net banking.

Once it is done your RTI application is a success.

Generally, it will take 15-20 days to get a reply from the department.

Pro Tips: If you want an early reply you can share your email id and request in the application to share a reply via email to make the process bit quick.
